Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Nersify.co.uk. This document ("Terms and Conditions") sets out the terms of use of the Nersify.co.uk website (the "Site"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration and Deposit
In order to use some parts of the Site, you may need to register. You agree to keep your password secure and confidential. As a part of the registration process, candidates will be required to make a deposit of GBP 500. This deposit will be refundable at the conclusion of the recruitment process unless otherwise stated in these terms.
3. Interviews and Job Offers
Candidates who successfully pass through the application stage may be offered an interview. If a candidate receives a job offer following an interview and declines the offer without a valid reason, as judged by Nersify.co.uk, a penalty fee will be deducted from the initial deposit.
4. Penalty
In case a candidate refuses a job offer post-interview without a valid reason, a penalty of GBP 1,000 will be imposed. This will be deducted from the deposit made at the time of registration.
If a candidate refuses a job offer after a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) issuance without a valid reason, a penalty of GBP 4,000 will be imposed.
Additionally:
There should be 1 more clause we should add, If the candidate declines the interview after aligning it at the last moment (on the day of interview) a penalty of GBP 500 will be imposed. This will be deducted from the deposit made at the time of registration.
This should be GBP 5,000.
5. Refunds
If the candidate is not successful in receiving a job offer, withdraws from the process before an interview stage, or if the recruitment process concludes without the issuance of a CoS, the deposit will be refunded in full within 30 days.
6. Liability
Nersify.co.uk will not be liable for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, damage for loss of business or loss of profits) arising in contract, tort, or otherwise from the use of or inability to use this Site.
7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Nersify.co.uk reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms and Conditions will be displayed on our Site at all times.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the UK without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
