Full Job Description

We are hiring qualified Registered Nurses to provide comprehensive care to adult patients recovering from surgery or managing acute and chronic illnesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation and the ability to coordinate care across various specialties.

Departments:
1. Emergency Room
2. Home health
3. Medical Step-down unit
4. Medical ward
5. Neurology ward
6. Respiratory ward

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor post-op and acutely ill patients
2. Administer medications and perform wound care
3. Track and report on patient recovery and vitals
4. Educate patients and families about care plans and medications
5. Maintain accurate records and contribute to discharge planning

Skills Required:
1. Strong clinical assessment and nursing judgment
2. Organisational and care coordination skills
3. Compassion and clear communication
4. Flexibility in managing mixed-case loads

Qualifications:
1. NCLEX cleared
2. CGFNS/Visa screen cleared or in process
3. English Test cleared
4. 2 years of Hospital experience
5. Canadian Passport
