Full Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our healthcare teams across various departments in the USA. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care—assessing patients, planning and implementing care plans, administering medications, monitoring progress, and offering emotional support to patients and their families.

You will also have the opportunity to supervise junior staff, manage workloads, mentor student nurses, and provide health-related guidance. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, clinical expertise, and empathetic nature will contribute significantly to ensuring a positive patient experience.

General Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and build trust.

• Plan, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.

• Record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.

• Administer medication and monitor patient responses.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

• Supervise junior nursing staff and delegate tasks effectively.

• Mentor and tutor student nurses.

• Organize workloads efficiently.

• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

• Educate patients and relatives on health-related matters.
