Full Job Description

We are hiring qualified Medical-Surgical Nurses to provide comprehensive care to adult patients recovering from surgery or managing acute and chronic illnesses. The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical foundation and the ability to coordinate care across various specialties.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Assessment/Diagnosis
• Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual.


2. Outcomes Identification/Planning
• Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs.

 

3. Implementation/Evaluation
• Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based
on evaluative data.
• Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical
quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

 

Qualifications:

• BSC. In nursing
• 2 years of Medical-Surgical experience.
• CGFNS/Visa screen done or in process.
• NCLEX passed.
• English proficiency Test (IELTS/OET)
• Must have multi country experience, with a preference on UK/IRE/UAE based.
