Full Job Description

We are hiring qualified ER and ICU Nurses to provide comprehensive care to adult patients recovering from surgery or managing acute and chronic illnesses. The ideal candidate should have a strong
clinical foundation and the ability to coordinate care across various specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assessment/Diagnosis
• Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual.

2. Outcomes Identification/Planning
• Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs.

3. Implementation/Evaluation
• Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based
on evaluative data.
• Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical
quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Nursing
• 2 years of ICU or ER experience
• CGFNS/VisaScreen completed or in process
• NCLEX passed
• English proficiency test (IELTS/OET/PTE)
• Must have multi-country experience, preferably in the UK, Ireland, or UAE
